Main floor has dining room table for twelve as well as a separate laundry room with washer and two dryers. Upstairs holds two bunk rooms and TV area for the kids. In each bunk room are 6 bunk beds. Amenties: Central A/C, satellite TV, DVD, CD, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, linens, beach towels, gas grill, 2 ocean kayaks, ice maker, private patio and decks, generator, outdoor shower, community pool, and tennis / basketball courts.
Sunrise on the Beach was the perfect home for my family to escape from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan even if just for a short time. The house was clean and well maintained. The amenities were unbeatable and the view was stunning. I highly recommend this home a d I'll be coming back for sure!
