This 10,000 square foot home is located on a pristine, private beach overlooking the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean. This exclusive hideaway offers two grand master suites with king-sized beds, luxurious linens, hand carved vanities, artisan mirrors, beautiful glass tiles, walk in shower and a tub that comfortably fits two.

The upstairs offers four more bedrooms, baths, teak floors and a game room. A spectacular balcony spanning the length of the house captures panoramic views of the ocean and beach.

This magnificent home boasts a custom hand carved wall unit from Bali. It houses a 50 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, and wireless internet. The gourmet kitchen will accommodate all your needs and the 14 foot custom table will seat all of your family and friends.

San Salvador is one of the Family Islands of the Bahamas. It is near the southern end of the Bahamas chain, on the east side. The island is only 400 or so miles from Florida and is less than a 1 1/2 hour flight. It is an ideal place for snorkeling, diving and fishing.

Presently the island is home to over 1000 people. The average temperature is 80 degrees. The local resident population on San Salvador today consists of approximately 1000 persons who live in several small communities around the perimeter of the island.

The island is surrounded by fringing reefs, making it an excellent dive location. There are over 50 dive sites to choose from. The island is also known for its wall diving. Since San Salvador is the exposed top of an underwater mountain, you can imagine the walls.

For divers, there are lots of dramatic drop-offs to keep the blood pumping. Of course, there are shallower reefs to dive also. The water visibility is absolutely perfect, normally in the 100-150 foot range.

There is an additional surcharge of $166.00 per person per night for parties exceeding 8 and up to 15. This rate includes a chef and concierge.
