FAQs
Who can leave reviews?
Only travelers who have stayed at the vacation rental may review it – we’ll ask you for your reservation dates to confirm your stay.
Can a review be edited by anyone?
BlueDoorRentals and rental owners are not allowed to edit reviews.
Can a rental owner delete a review?
No, rental owners cannot delete a review. However, rental owners can protest a review with BlueDoorRentals for the following reasons: A review is derogatory, unfounded, personally insulting, or negative because of a situation not within the owners control.
Does anyone see my review before it is published?
The review text and star rating are not shared with a rental owner before they are published on BlueDoorRentals. However, rental owners are asked to confirm you stayed at the rental before we publish the review.
